Counselors & Staff
Hope House has direct care staff on duty 24 hours a day. The senior management team of the administrative director, clinical director and treatment coordinator, support the executive director, counsel residents and oversee the counseling staff and house managers. Our house managers are responsible for the day to day administrative duties of the program under the direction of a program supervisor. Continuing education is a priority in the skill development and retention of quality staff members; all attend in-house training sessions and participate in outside programs that support the mission of Hope House. Additional staff includes kitchen, maintenance and administrative personnel.
