About
CICAM’s model integrates neuroscience-informed tools, community-based approaches, and culturally responsive frameworks into the daily fabric of addiction treatment. Through real-time feedback loops, we apply lessons from implementation to improve services — not in theory, but in practice.

Traditional care models have not adequately served our population. CICAM was created to bridge the gap between what science tells us is possible and what people in recovery actually receive. By combining data science, physical movement, neuromodulation, and staff capacity-building, we’re building a more human-centered, scalable model system of care.
