Residential Addiction Treatment
Hope House Residential Programs provides individualized, comprehensive treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Through clinical care, personalized treatment planning, and community partnerships, we help clients address barriers to recovery and establish a foundation for long-term stability.
Outpatient Addiction Treatment
Hope House provides outpatient treatment for substance use disorders. Using evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, we help clients develop coping skills, strengthen relationships, and learn how early recovery affects their brains and bodies.
Aftercare
Planning for life after treatment begins early at Hope House. Our clinical team works with each client to identify safe, stable aftercare and ongoing supports that align with their individual needs and recovery goals. Options include community referrals or, for eligible clients, Hope House’s graduate housing at Zach’s Place or in our Single Room Occupancies.
